My son came home from school yesterday with an application to join the marching band. Usually I would be happy and excited that he is taking on a new extracurricular activity, but then I saw the pricing on the instruments. When the children are younger, the school usually allows you to rent the instruments, well once the student gets older the school prefers you to buy rather than rent.
Luckily I remembered that my last Heartland catalog had several instruments at low prices. I allowed my son to pick whatever one he wanted, he is now a member of the marching band and could not be happier.

It is always nice to get a good deal on shoes, especially when you love them as much as I do. Heartland has several new pairs of shoes, all for great prices.

The best inventions are the ones that make life simpler. Heartland America has many items that cut time and save money on your daily tasks. My favorites are the gadgets you can use in the kitchen. The last thing you want is to spend your entire day in the kitchen preparing food, when you should be out with your guests.

The best pet bed around

I have a two-year-old English Bulldog named Bubba. I love him to death, but he is a very loud sleeper. He snores louder than my husband. The worst part about it, he thinks he can sleep in our bed.
